盖碗,原流行于清代,是一种上有盖、下有托,中有碗,又称“三才碗”、“三才杯”,盖碗,以“盖为天、托为地、碗为人”,暗含天地人和之意。若以“盖碗”替代“茶壶”使用,亦有其方便之处,如能清楚看到茶汤,易于掌握浓度;可以直接欣赏泡开后的叶底,而且清洗茶渣比茶壶来得方便。";}
